Shipping Information
Please fill in the correct shipping address during checkout to avoid any delivery disputes. Our standard shipping method is air freight. If you require expedited shipping, please contact customer service to cover the extra shipping cost. Cash on delivery (COD) for expedited services is not accepted.
Color Difference
Product images may exhibit minor color variations across different monitors and mobile screens, which is normal. Please refer to the actual physical item received as final.
Cleaning & Care
Special costumes are generally not recommended for machine washing. Avoid warm or hot water, as it may cause varying degrees of fading. Leather materials should not be washed; air-dry them naturally in a cool, shaded area after use. If spot cleaning is necessary, we recommend washing only the soiled areas.
After-Sales Policy
Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If the package is damaged, please reject delivery immediately and contact customer service promptly. Once signed for without rejection, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
After signing, please check and try on your items promptly. If there are any issues, you must provide an unboxing video when contacting customer service. Failure to report within 7 days of delivery implies the item has arrived in good condition.
Minor washable stains or slight loose threads incurred during production do not constitute quality issues. Due to different production batches, minor modifications to auxiliary accessories are considered normal. Returns or exchanges must not affect secondary resale: tags must remain attached, items unwashed, free from human damage, wear marks, and with clean soles (for shoes).
For any issues, please contact customer service to resolve them amicably. Unreasonable negative feedback will result in a permanent ban from future transactions.
Customization Policy
COSPLAY costumes are custom-made special items and cannot be resold; therefore, once production has begun, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted. To provide you with the best service and avoid unnecessary issues, please contact our customer service before purchasing custom products to understand detailed specifications.
Required Measurements for Customization (Please provide based on the product style):
Height, Weight, Gender, Head Circumference, Neck Circumference (around the slimmest part), Palm Width (around the palm excluding the thumb), Palm Length (wrist to fingertip), Shoulder Width, Bust, Waist, Abdominal Circumference, Bicep Circumference, Forearm Circumference, Arm Length (shoulder point to wrist), Hip Circumference, Thigh Circumference, Knee Circumference, Calf Circumference, Ankle Circumference, Crotch Circumference (from front crotch around to back neck point), Inseam Length (crotch to ankle), and Foot Length.
If you have special requirements, please leave a note, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. (Male character styles default to men’s standard sizing; if a male customer orders women’s sizing, it is treated as custom. Female character styles default to women’s standard sizing; if a female customer orders men’s sizing, it is treated as custom).
